These Terms are intended to describe the rules for using Amniora. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified legal professional.

Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Amniora, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.

About Amniora

Amniora is an online cybersecurity learning platform designed to help users practise cybersecurity concepts through educational labs, roadmaps, saved progress, achievements, and AI-supported learning tools.

Educational Use Only

Amniora is provided for lawful educational and training purposes only. You must not use Amniora to attack, exploit, disrupt, gain unauthorised access to, or harm any system, network, account, service, or person.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Amniora, bypass security controls, abuse AI features, attempt to access another user’s account or data, upload malicious content, scrape the platform, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use Amniora for unlawful activity.

Cybersecurity Content

Amniora may include cybersecurity explanations, simulated labs, commands, scenarios, and technical learning material. This content must only be used in legal environments where you have clear permission, such as your own lab, authorised coursework, or approved training systems.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You should use accurate account information and notify Amniora if you suspect unauthorised access.

Saved Labs and Progress

Amniora may store saved labs, roadmap progress, XP, achievements, settings, and related learning data to provide your dashboard and learning experience. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you save or submit complies with these terms.

AI Features

Amniora includes or may introduce AI-supported features such as an AI Tutor and generated investigation labs. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for real-world use. You should verify important information and must not use AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or unauthorised cyber activity.

Subscriptions and Payments

Amniora may introduce paid plans in the future. If subscriptions are introduced, pricing, billing cycles, cancellation rules, refund information, and plan limits will be explained before purchase. Payments may be processed securely by a third-party provider.

Free and Pro Usage Limits

Amniora may apply usage limits, fair-use rules, AI limits, saved lab limits, rate limits, or feature restrictions depending on your plan. These limits may be used to protect platform performance, prevent abuse, and keep the service sustainable.

Intellectual Property

Amniora’s design, branding, interface, code, written content, and platform features belong to Amniora or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or exploit Amniora’s content or design without permission, except where allowed by law.

User Content

You may create or save content inside Amniora, including labs, prompts, notes, or learning progress. You remain responsible for your content. By submitting content, you allow Amniora to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the platform.

Service Availability

Amniora aims to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Features may change, be paused, or be removed as the platform develops.

Suspension or Termination

Amniora may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe a user has breached these terms, misused the platform, attempted unauthorised access, abused AI features, violated the law, or created risk for other users or the service.

No Professional Advice

Amniora provides educational content only. It does not provide legal, security consulting, compliance, employment, financial, or professional advice. You should seek qualified advice where needed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amniora will not be liable for indirect losses, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, service interruptions, user misuse, unauthorised use of cybersecurity knowledge, or reliance on educational or AI-generated content.

Changes to These Terms

Amniora may update these Terms of Service as the platform develops, including when platform features, subscriptions, analytics, classroom tools, or integrations materially change. The latest version will be shown on this page.

Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.
